Swimming

Ok.. obviously, i have nothing else to write about.. so let's talk about swimming once again today (I remember I wrote about swimming sometime bfor this... looong ago..)

As I have mentioned, working life has been boring, but one thing I look forward during working days is the after-hours exercising session. Recently it has always been my favourite activity i.e. swimming =)

yes, i love swimming.. i just love it.. i think swimming to me is a form of relaxation.. and surprisingly, a form of meditation too.. I realised that when I swim, my brain doesn't really functions.. it rests, while my body does the work.. my brain is at its relaxing state, which I dont even think about what has happen in the day, or what has always been borthering me.. or anything that was in my mind before i soak myself into the crystal clear water.. being in the water, gave me the chance to relax my whole body.. practically just let everything down...

if i could, i will swim everyday.. so at least there is a time in the day where my mind stops to worry and analyze... recharging moment for the brain and body..

hmm... until now, i can still feel im in the water.. practically just leaving everything behind..

oh.. how nice it is... to be free.. like a fish.. or a dolphine.. *deep breathe* =)

Have time to do some exercise is a very good habit. Further more swimming is a very good way of relaxing yourself. Learning to enjoy life is important. No matter how hard it is in working life, it will soon be over. So just do it! Have a nice day.
